CabinAlpha

Terms of service

Effective date: November 6, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms set out how you may use the CabinAlpha website (cabinalpha.com) and apps (the "Service") provided by the operator of CabinAlpha (the "Company"), and the rights and duties of the Company and its users.

2. Posting and changes

The Company posts these terms in the Service. Changes are announced in the Service 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes against users' interests, and account holders are also told by email or similar. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

3. What the Service is

  • The Service compares and shows flight prices, seats and deals. The Company does not sell tickets or take payment for them; booking and payment happen with each airline or travel agency (the "seller").
  • Prices are reference figures based on outside search results such as Google Flights; they may change after they were checked and may differ from the seller's final price. Prices in currencies other than KRW are converted at a reference exchange rate.
  • Some links are affiliate links: if you book through one, the Company may receive a commission from the seller. It does not change what you pay.

4. Accounts

Accounts are created with Google or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for your sign-in method and must not use someone else's account or transfer yours. You can delete your account at any time (how to delete your account).

5. What you must not do

You must not:

  • access the Service, run searches or collect information in bulk with crawlers, scripts, bots or other automated means (indexing by search engines as robots.txt allows is fine)
  • get around or disable the Service's safeguards, such as the bot check, usage limits or access restrictions
  • call the Service's APIs or internal addresses outside the Service, or resell, redistribute or reuse information from the Service in another service without the Company's permission
  • put excessive load on the Service, disrupt its operation, or use someone else's information
  • do anything else that breaks the law

6. If these terms are broken

If the Company finds a prohibited act, it may block that access or limit or end the account without notice. Where this causes the Company loss (such as outside search costs), it may claim damages as the law allows.

7. Paid features

When paid features (subscriptions, trip passes) are offered, their price, content and period are shown on the purchase screen. For purchases in the app, payment, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds follow Google Play or App Store policy and the law; cancel in the store's subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

8. Limits of liability

  • The Company is not a party to bookings, payments, schedule changes, cancellations or refunds between you and a seller; the seller's terms apply to them.
  • The Company is not liable for loss caused by things outside its control, such as errors or delays in outside search results, natural disasters or outages of outside services. This does not apply to loss caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.

9. Changes to the Service

The Company may change or stop all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, announcing it in advance where users are significantly affected. If a paid feature stops, it also says how the remaining period is handled.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes about the Service are settled in the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
